The Monti Sibillini National Park is characterized by a widespread presence of centers and cores…of medieval origin, strategically located respect to the main communication routes and in which emergencies of considerable historical and architectural interest can be found.

Therefore, the park is not to be understood as a constraining institution, but rather as a real opportunity for the recovery of all those values that determine the naturalistic, cultural and historical identity of the Sibillini;
to ensure a rational and lasting development of the area.

This is in the full awareness that this territory is the result of thousands of years of careful work, which should be appreciated and enhanced, of integration between the forces of nature and those of man, and as such should be handed down to future generations. Naturalistic beauty, but also history, traditions and an unfailing aura of magic, characterize some places more than others.

For all these mnotives in the Park territory, four different slopes can be distinguished: Flowery Slope, Historical Slope, Sacred Slope, Magic Slope. all of which are worth discovering and enjoying!

Food and wine tourism, the most important and interesting in the Marche region, is stimulated and increased thanks to the presence of the black truffle, but the Sibillini Park is a crossroads of other very ancient gastronomic traditions, the result of the union between the pastoral civilization, pork butchery and agriculture, which endures with some symbolic productions, such as the Castelluccio lentil.
